The sleek design makes an impression for a pretty light design but actually a rather powerful potential is revealed inside. The Series 7 Chronos are available in different display sizes starting from 14 inches up to 17.3 inches. The visual performance here is enhanced thanks to the great screen brightness which is up to 40% bigger than that of what most notebooks offer. Samsung Super bright technology offers 300 nits brightness at 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution of the display panel. The anti-reflective LED screen coverage is great even during outdoors use. The viewing experience here is further enhanced by the thin display frame. The true-life colors and the sharp details are a pleasure to the eye.

The graphics are handled by NVIDIA GeForce GT650M graphic processor

 Fast start technology resumes the machine from hibernation in just 2 seconds, so you will never waste time. When you open the lid the notebook loads instantly and is ready to be used.
The hard drive capacity on board can be up to 750GB SATA II Hard drive. Samsung Series 7 Chronos can easily be specified as a desktop replacement as it can come loaded with a quad-core IntelCore CPU up to i7, which clocks at 2.4GHz. The graphics are handled by NVIDIA GeForce GT650M graphic processor. Of course the hardware configurations of this machine can vary. For example you can find the chronos notebook loaded with AMD Radeon HD 6750M Power Xpress GPU using 1GB GDDR5 External memory. It was the one in our test sample.  The overall performance is backed by  Express cache technology which supports up to 8GB of system memory of DDR3 type. 

The JBL speakers on board deliver a great audio experience enhanced by Sound Alive technology

The ports available to connect this machine with other devices are the following. The periphery offers a VGA, HDMI, 1 USB v3 and another one v2 port. There is also a 4-in-1 multi card slot that reads the most common formats. The JBL speakers on board deliver a great audio experience enhanced by Sound Alive technology. The 1.3 MP HD webcam gives you the opportunity to make great video calls rich in details and colors.
The notebook weighs around 4.3 lbs including the battery unit. Which by the way is a 8 cell Li-Po battery. It provides around 7 hours of independent work on the go.
