The impressive light design is kept the same on the new Ativ Book, but actually there is a big difference in terms of hardware and specifications between the Series 9 machines and the new Ativ Book 9 – the series 9 are actually officially called ultrabooks. This one here cannot be defined as one because it doesn’t run on an Intel processor but the performance is nothing short of that.

For connection with external devices Samsung Ativ Book 9 provides USB 3 and USB 2 ports, an SD card reader, mini VGA and a micro HDMI outputs. That ultrabook alternative will be available on the markets in the beginning of August.
