Toshiba LX 830 All-in-one Professional Desktop Machine

The all-in-one desktop PCs have unfortunately been a little bit forgotten. I mean come on what’s not to like about them? They are compact and have big screens at the same time, but most importantly they are powerful machines for professional purposes.

Our sample came with Core i7 processing unit that can be turbo boosted up to the work frequency of the impressive 3.3 GHz

 Toshiba now tries to revive this market segment loading Windows 8 on the LX 830.
The 23 inch TruBrite FullHD TFT display works in 1920×1080 pixel resolution at excellent brightness levels, great contrast and wide viewing angles. Since Windows 8 is a touch-friendly platform you can take advantage of its qualities as Toshiba LX 830 is available with a touch-sensitive screen, supporting 10-finger multitouch. Of course as you see our test sample came with Windows 7 which is also an option for this model.
The machine achieved excellent results during the performance tests. Our sample came with Core i7 processing unit that can be turbo boosted up to the work frequency of the impressive 3.3 GHz.

 Of course you can also purchase it with the rest of the 3rd generation Intel processors out there. As to the graphic performance you can count on a dedicated NVIDIA Geforce video card with 2GB of memory as well as on the Intel HD graphics 4000 card. This machine is designed to carry up to 16GB of RAM. And the user memory storage available on board reaches up to 1TB.
The looks of the Toshiba LX 830 PC are quite elegant and chic. The grey and black color combination of the case highlights the elegantly curved edges. There are two built-in Onkyo speakers placed on the bottom front part, below the screen. The sound that comes out is additionally enhanced by the SRS Premium Sound 3D technology that brings an enhanced entertainment experience with a premium sound.

This machine is designed to carry up to 16GB of RAM

Toshiba has definitely bet on the space-saving design, but wisely combining it with powerful potential inside. This desktop PC is supposed to be an embodiment of power, depending, of course, on the configuration you choose.
A configuration with a Blue-Ray player is available on the market which is the best choice when viewing video content from a CD. Of course, having in mind that it’s a big Full HD screen.

Toshiba LX 830 is equipped with 6 USB ports

 For ultimate connectivity and convenience Toshiba LX 830 is equipped with 6 USB ports, two of which support the ultra fast USB 3 version. Further communication abilities include WLAN, Gigabit LAN, Bluetooth v4, Intel Wireless Display and a built-in 1MP webcam for video calling. The connection with external video sources is established via HDMI.
Depending on the choice of hardware this model starts at $750. The weight of the Toshiba LX830 starts at 15 lbs.
